The organization was formed in response to the growing need for effective climate and environmental governance in the region, and it is committed to helping African countries transition to a more sustainable future.
ICEG has a team of experts in the fields of climate and environmental science, economics, policy, and advocacy. They work together to research and develop new solutions to climate and environmental problems in Africa. They also engage with governments, communities, and other stakeholders to advocate for policies and programs that will improve climate and environmental governance in the region.
The organisation recognises that climate and environmental governance is a complex issue that requires a multi-disciplinary approach.
